Return, Refund and Exchange Eligibility

Customers may request a return, refund, or exchange within 7 days of receiving the product.

Eligible reasons include:

  • Damaged item received

  • Wrong item received

  • Size issues

  • Change of mind

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Other genuine product-related concerns approved by Bugs And Bliss

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.


Exchange Policy

Customers may request an exchange subject to product availability.

For exchanges:

  • Customers must ship the original product back to our return address at their own expense.

  • Once the returned product is received and passes Quality Control (QC) inspection, the exchanged product will be dispatched by us without any additional shipping charges.

  • Only one exchange is permitted per product.

Products received through an exchange are not eligible for a second exchange, return, or refund.


Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photographs of the product

  • Provide a complete unboxing video showing the package opening and product condition

Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in rejection of the claim.


Product Condition Requirements

Returned items must:

  • Be unused

  • Be unwashed

  • Be free from stains, odors, perfume, or damage

  • Include original tags, labels, and packaging where applicable

Products that fail to meet these requirements may be rejected during inspection.


Non-Returnable Products

The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

  • Specially altered products

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Used products

  • Washed products

  • Products damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper handling


Quality Control Inspection

All returned products undergo a Quality Control (QC) inspection upon arrival at our warehouse.

If the product passes inspection:

  • A refund may be issued; or

  • An exchange may be approved

If the product fails inspection:

  • The refund or exchange request may be declined.

  • The customer may request the product to be shipped back by paying applicable shipping charges.

If the customer does not arrange return shipping within 15 days of being notified of the rejection, Venika Creation reserves the right to dispose of, recycle, or destroy the returned item without further liability.


Refund Processing

Refunds are processed only after:

  1. The returned product reaches our warehouse.

  2. The product successfully passes QC inspection.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Actual credit timelines may vary depending on banks, card issuers, payment gateways, and financial institutions.


Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Policy shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any dispute arising from or relating to this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Surat, Gujarat, India.
